All orders process within 1 to 3 business days after being placed before shipment.

Once an order has been successfully placed and confirmed, it can no longer be cancelled and alterations cannot be made.

NUESSENTIALS abides by strict fraud prevention guidelines to combat credit card scams & chargebacks. If your order is labeled at high fraud risk, it will be promptly flagged and canceled.

Once an order has been confirmed it immediately goes to a processing system which forbids alterations.

Yes, we offer international shipping using USPS.

If you received a shipping confirmation email alongside a tracking number, then your order has been dispatched and is currently with the carrier (USPS) in which we are unable to provide tracking updates.

However, carrier delays may occur due to global supply chain delays, customs, public holidays, limited cargo capacity and increased global package volume.

For more questions about delays, please contact the carrier's customer service team directly with your tracking #.

NUESSENTIALS is not liable for missing/stolen packages marked delivered. If you believe your order was mis-delivered or confiscated, we recommend filing a claim with the carrier directly.

Please note: We're not currently set up for reshipment orders and require that a new order is placed with the returned funds once the claim is paid out.

Once an order has been confirmed, alternations cannot be made including emails, addresses, etc.

Once a package is returned to sender you are notified once we receive it and are given the option of reshipment.

For reshipment, shipping fee must be calculated and paid within 3 business days of initial contact. If shipping fee is not paid a refund is not guaranteed.
